Becoming a client with Good Day Cleaning Co. is simple!

Start by submitting a Quote Request through our website. We’ll schedule a quick quote visit to assess your home and provide an accurate estimate. Once you accept your quote, you’ll receive access to your Client Portal where you can add a card on file and book your initial deep clean. After your initial service, you can easily schedule any future cleanings directly through the portal.

Once you accept your quote, you’ll receive a link to create your Client Portal login. From there, you can add a card on file, book your initial deep clean, manage future appointments, update instructions, and view your service history. Returning clients can log in at any time through the “Client Login” button on our website.

Yes. All new residential clients begin with an initial deep clean. This allows our team to reset your home to a maintenance level, ensuring consistent results for your recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services.

Yes — your first cleaning will cost more because all new clients begin with a deep clean. This allows us to reset your home and bring everything up to our standard before moving into a routine maintenance schedule.

Once the deep clean is complete, your recurring services are priced at a lower rate and designed to keep your home consistently fresh.

No long-term contract is required. Our recurring cleaning is offered on a month-to-month basis. You can pause, adjust, or cancel as needed with proper notice.

BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & SCHEDULING

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps our team adjust the schedule and offer the appointment to another client. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

For new clients, holidays will be discussed and finalized during your quote and booking process. We’ll make sure your service date avoids any holiday closures before confirming your appointment.

For returning clients, if your regularly scheduled clean falls on a holiday, our team will reach out ahead of time to help you select a new date that works best for you. We’ll ensure your cleaning schedule stays on track without any inconvenience.

Our cleaning teams work efficiently using a structured checklist to stay on track. If they need additional time to complete your service to our standards, we’ll let you know right away and discuss the best option—whether that’s extending the visit or scheduling extra time on a different day.

CLEANING DAY EXPECTATIONS

A little preparation goes a long way! We recommend picking up any loose items, securing pets if needed, and sharing any priority areas through your Client Portal. This allows our team to focus fully on the cleaning and gives you the best possible results.

No — we bring everything. Our team arrives with all the professional cleaning products and equipment needed to give your home a thorough, high-quality clean.

If you prefer we use your personal products (such as fragrance-free or specialty surface cleaners), just let us know — we’re happy to accommodate.

Yes! We always welcome special instructions.

New clients can share any preferences or notes during the quote visit or directly on their quote request form. Once you’re in the Client Portal, you can also add cleaning notes or instructions to your account at any time.

For returning clients, special instructions can be added when booking in the portal or updated in your profile. Our team reviews all client notes before every appointment, ensuring your home is cleaned exactly the way you prefer.

We do our best to provide consistency, and whenever possible, we’ll send the same team members to your home. However, schedules can vary, and there may be times when a different cleaner is assigned.

No matter who comes, every team member is trained to follow the same cleaning standards and checklist, so you’ll receive the same level of quality every visit.

Yes — tips are always appreciated but never expected. If you’d like to leave a tip, you can add it directly through your Client Portal when your payment is processed, or you may tip your cleaning tech in person. 100% of tips go directly to your cleaner.

Yes — we love pets! As long as your pets are friendly and comfortable with visitors, they’re welcome to stay in the home during your cleaning.

For everyone’s safety, we just ask that any anxious, protective, or energetic pets be secured in a separate area while we work.
